Payment & Delivery

How to order

There are two options:

1. You can place the order on the site: put items in your shopping cart and place the order.
You will get an email from me with payment details.

2. Write me a direct message in Instagram @nymphodisiac

Payment

I can accept only PayPal payments. Currently ONLY friends and family payments. This is not my whim but currently the only available option for me since I live in immigration via "digital nomad" visa.
I understand that this may be not ok for you, so I will understand if you decide to cancel your order request due to this reason.

Shipping

Usually shipping costs 10-15 euros, depending on amount of items and their weight, type of package (a paquet or a box).

Currently shipping is from Montenegro. Tracking number is provided.
If you buy ready to ship item, it will be shipped to you within a week.
If you buy a to-order item I need time to make it for you  - usually it takes 2-4 weeks. 

Pets

I have cats, so if you are allergic please consider this before purchasing.

Lost packages

If you opted for Insured Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (package is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a estimated date as delays do occur) a refund on the full value of your order minus cost of shipping will be offered. Please note that if you asked me to declare lower value - this amount will be the one for refund.

Damaged items

I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged item together with the packaging it arrived in within 3 days from receiving your package. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging and not mishandling by the postal carrier, I will be happy to offer you a full refund on your order,(minus cost of shipping) after you have shipped the item back to me again.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Commissions

Usually I do not take custom orders. You can find here ready to ship items and to-order items. To order ones are copies of my previous works: shoes, boots, purse bags. I don’t offer outfits, knits, accessories and backpacks to order. 

I am but one person behind Nymphodisiac with limited time and capacity. And since I create everything from scratch I like to be able to create freely so I don't lose my inspiration and love to my work. Thank you for understanding.
